In the early 1960s, Lillian & Phillip Bagley opened The Bagley’s Grocery Store and Snack Bar, which quickly became known as a place to grab a quick bite of lunch or visit with neighbors.
By the end of the decade, the store would be purchased by Rudy Gagnon, and the name changed to Rudy’s of the Cape. For 30 years, Rudy’s served locals and tourists alike, and became a place where people could hang out, find great food at a good price, and discuss sports, politics and news from around the town and around the world.
Owners since the fall of 2003, Ron & Mary Page have been pleased to continue the rich heritage of Rudy’s. Not only will you find great food at good prices, but you’ll discover a place where lobstermen and lawyers alike can find common ground. Who knows? You might even solve all the worlds problems while you’re here!
We invite you to come and eat where the locals eat!
